Problems with your SIM or account?
OrderSimCard doesn't sell plans or run customer service — orders, activations, billing and number transfers are all handled by the networks. Contact them directly:
- giffgaff: via your account at giffgaff.com or the giffgaff community forum — giffgaff has no call centre.
- Lebara: call 5588 from a Lebara mobile, or use the help centre at lebara.co.uk.
About this site
This is a small independent comparison site — there's no monitored contact inbox. Everything we publish is on the site itself:
- Spot something wrong? Prices and plan details change often. Check the provider's site for the current figure — every pricing page here is date-stamped with when we last checked.
- Privacy questions? Our privacy policy covers it — short version: we collect no personal data and set no tracking cookies, so there's nothing to access or delete.
- Security issue with the site? The site is static HTML with no user data — if you've found a genuine vulnerability, report it to our hosting infrastructure, not us.
