1. Text PAC to 65075 (fastest)

The universal Ofcom switching service. Send "PAC" to 65075 from the Vodafone number you want to keep — the code comes back by text almost immediately. Works for contract and PAYG.

2. My Vodafone app

Open the My Vodafone app → Account settings → look for "Leave Vodafone" or the switching section. Your PAC displays instantly along with any early termination fee if you're still in contract.

3. Call Vodafone

Call 191 free from your Vodafone mobile, or 0333 304 0191 from another phone. Expect security checks and possibly a retention offer — texting is faster if you just want the code.

What happens after you get the code

• The PAC is valid for 30 days — request another if it lapses.
• Give it to your new network during activation. The number ports within one working day.
